You can enter your country, county/state and postal code to get an estimation of shipment. For shipments over 1000 euro, you can chose “Own Shipment”. You will pay the packing and handling plus the export papers if you are from outside the European Union.

Q: Why was my card declined?

A: One of the most often questions asked by our customers and the reason it is the first question in our Payment Guide.

Common reasons include incorrect billing address, expired card, or bank fraud blocks. Try again or choose an alternative method.

Q: Can I pay in my local currency?

A: No and yes. We charge only EUR but your card can be in any currency. The wire transfers and SEPA transfers MUST be done in EUR.

Q: Are there hidden fees?

A: No. We don’t add cross-border fees; you pay exactly what you see. Your bank may charge standard fees – check your account terms.

Q: How long until my order ships?

A: For orders under 100 bannetons the delivery can take between 2 and 4 weeks. For all other orders the delivery is between 4 and 8 weeks.

If your order contain ONLY accesories, it can be shipped in maximum 3 working days unless we inform you otherwise.

Q: Can I cancel or change my payment method after placing an order?

A: You can request a change within 1 dau of the order placement by contacting our support team at contact@crustandcraft.eu.

After payment is processed (usually instant), we can’t swap methods, but we can issue a full refund so you can reorder with a different option.

Please do not abuse this option and also take in consideration 5 to 15 days for the return of the payment.

Q: Why did my bank block the transaction or ask for 3D Secure verification?

A: For your protection, banks may flag unfamiliar or high-value purchases. You’ll see a 3D Secure pop-up (Verified by Visa/Mastercard/SecureCode) asking for a one-time code.

If it fails, contact your bank to authorize the charge or try an alternative method.

Q: Can I split my payment across two cards or methods?

A: We don’t currently support split payments in a single checkout. If you need to use two methods, place two separate orders: one for part of your items paid with Card A and another with Card B (or PayPal, etc.).

Q: Which exchange rate is applied when I pay in my local currency?

A: When you pay in your currency, you will pay your bank exchage rate against the euro. 

Q: Can i pay after delidery?

A: No. We are a small manufacturing company, our products are hand-made on order. So, for all orders we expect 100% payment in advance.

We will produce your order only after the payment has benn process by our bank and they money are in our account.
