Meticulously handcrafted, these forms are designed to prop up your baking experience every time. Baking in oval shapes works really well with big volumes while, at the same time, being practical and easy to manoeuvre in the oven. That’s two for two, bulls’ eye!
– preheat your oven to 170C and turn it off in 3 minutes. Place the Wood pulp Banneton 0.75kg bread oval crease in for another 20 minutes, then remove it from the oven and allow it to cool off completely. It’s now completely dried out and clean.
