We apologise for the delivery delays that have occurred these last three months. Despite our efforts, we’ve encountered unavoidable chain supply issues, just like many others in the industry. Due to our new strategic partnerships, we are confident we’ll ensure swift, hassle-free orders and deliveries going forward.
As part of our strategic vision, we have embarked on a rebranding journey. So, from 1st of November, Brotformed24.de becomes Crust&Craft – a brand-new look and identity, which reflects our dedication to excellence and customer satisfaction.
To embrace this transformation fully, we’ll also transition to a new online platform, starting on the 1st of November. Our new website will offer a user-friendly, streamlined shopping experience, making it easier than ever to browse our products, place orders, and stay updated on our latest offerings.
Beginning November 1st, all orders for Crust&Craft products will be exclusively online. This shift is aimed at providing you with greater convenience, transparency, and efficiency. You can place your orders from the comfort of your home or office, 24/7, and enjoy a seamless shopping experience.
As a corporate client, you will be able to add your data, including your VAT code if you are an EU company, follow your shipment via DHL tracking and get the discounts automatically. If you are a regular customer you can contact us and we can setup your automatic discount.
To celebrate our rebranding and online transition, we set up a new discount structure for both regular clients and long-term partners. These discounts are our way of saying “Thank you” for your loyalty, trust and business.
For All On-line Clients:
On orders of 100 pieces: 3% discount.
On orders of 500: 5% discount.
On orders of 1.000: 8% discount.
On orders of 2.000: 10% discount.
We highly value our long-term partners and want to express our appreciation, so we are offering the following annual discounts based on your cumulated orders value for the last year:
Over 10.000 euros in cumulated orders value: 10% discount on all orders for the following year.
Over 20.000 euros in cumulated orders value: 15% discount on all orders for the following year.
Over 50.000 euros in cumulated orders value: 20% discount on all orders for the following year.
Over 100.000 euros in cumulated orders value: 25% discount on all orders for the following year.

Through the application of high pressure, excess water is meticulously extracted, resulting in a compacted fiber material that becomes the foundation of our bannetons.
Crafted with passion, Baked to delight
For nearly two centuries, the bread banneton (proofing basket) have been a baker’s trusted tool. Our company, Crust&Craft, began this journey in 1847, initially crafting molds from natural materials like straw.
Later, rattan became popular, but its ecological impact raised concerns. In 1920, we made a decisive shift toward sustainability by embracing wood pulp.
